1. Scope of Application
1.1 You can use the App to actively search for Yuwell Anytime (hereinafter referred to as "Anytime") to add a user account or accept the invitation of a Anytime user, share the blood glucose data collected by Anytime and view related analysis (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). This Policy only applies to your use of the App's services, including inviting Anytime users, sharing blood glucose data of Anytime users, and viewing blood glucose analysis charts.
1.2 This Policy does not apply to services provided to you by other third parties. For example, if our third-party service providers rely on our platform to provide services to you, the information you provide to the service providers does not apply to this Policy.
2. How to Collect and Use Personal Data
Based on your explicit consent, in order to provide you with this product and service, we collect and use the following personal data after taking appropriate security measures. You should provide us with accurate personal data, otherwise you will not be able to use the corresponding products or services accurately.

2.1.1 Account Information
You can log in to your Follow account in the following two ways:
(a) Use the Anytime user account you bound to:
You can use the account and password of the Anytime user you are binding to log in to Follow directly, in which case you can directly bind to the Anytime user.
(b) Sign up by your Follow account:
You can also register a Follow account by providing us with email address, registration password, and we will send a verification link to your registered email address in the form of an email to complete the authentication of your account identity, create, activate and manage your account, including verifying your identity and ensuring account security. If you cannot complete the verification by yourself, you can contact us to help activate your account.
2.1.2 Personal Data
You can customize your account profile portrait, and we may collect the profile photo you upload for your profile portrait settings.
2.1.3 Log Information
We need to keep the necessary logs in order to comply with the applicable GDPR and related laws.
2.1.4 Device and Network Information We will collect data of the device you use according to the specific permissions you explicitly agree to open when installing and using the App, to provide corresponding services:

2.2 How we use your information
We will collect information about the equipement you use according to the specific permissions you explicitly agree to open when installing and using the App, so as to provide corresponding products or services.
3. How to Share and Transfer Personal Data
We will not share or transfer your personal data to any third party unless we have your prior separate explicit consent or in accordance with other legal provisions, except for those what cannot identify a specific individual after processing and cannot recover.
4. Retention Period of Personal Data
We will retain your personal data for the period necessary to provide you with services, however, if laws and regulations provide otherwise for the retention period, you agree to retain it for a longer period, ensure the safety and quality of services, achieve the purpose of dispute resolution, and it is technically difficult to achieve it, we will extend the retention period after the expiration of the aforesaid retention period, in accordance with the law, in accordance with the agreement or within a reasonable range. After the retention period has expired, we will delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with the statutory provisions.

Please be aware that our products and services are only intended for adults over the age of 18, minors under 18 should not use this product.
